- I have interviewed a long list of "celebrities" in my career, ranging from John Daly (good guy), to Stephen Harper (a tad boring), to Steve Fonyo. (what a story!)
- Once fell asleep while working in the dairy department at a grocery store (it was a late night!)
- Big fan of American Idol. Big fan of music
- Favorite musicians are Van Morrison, Bruce Springsteen and Michael McDonald
- Played the role of 'King Pellinore' in "Camelot" in high school
- Once got in trouble for skipping school to go to a KISS concert. (It was worth it!)
- My dad was a doctor and my mom ran a travel agency
- Needed a censor one night on air when the phrase "shot from the slot" came out wrong
- Considered teaching before going into broadcasting
- Proudest accomplishment is my family
