KISS FM lost a friend recently. Arnold Joseph Bennington was well known in the community and was active in Special Olympics, Winter Carnival, as a self advocate and representing others with disabilities.
He was fundamental in starting the People First Chapter in Vernon and B.C. and his involvement in this organization allowed him to pursue two of his favourite activities - travelling and meeting people. He inspired the people he met and will be missed by all who knew him.
