I love being married. It's so great to find that one special person you want to annoy for the rest of your life. ~ Rita Rudner. Ok...better off to backtrack right off the top. The reason for this blog has nothing to do with my own situation. I figured out long ago, that I am the one that is annoying in my family. But when I stumbled across this questionairre, I got to thinking that most wives don't realized what it is that gets under our skin. OH we know how we get under your skin....we hear about it every day. So check this blog out and see if maybe you might be testing your husband's patience. - Have you told your husband that you wished he made more money?
- Do you frequently remind your husband to pick up after himself?
- Do you dislike your husband's family or close friends and tell him about it?
- Do you frequently criticize your husband for his bad habits?
- Do you contradict your husband in front of the children or your friends?
- When you and your husband are with others, do you ever "joke" about him being less than romantic?
- Do you tell your husband that he rarely lifts a hand to help you?
- Have you told your husband that you wish he could be more like your father or some other man you admire?
- Do you frequently remind your husband not to eat certain foods or to not touch food items in the refrigerator?
- If you know something is bothering your husband, do you force him to talk?
To find out whether you irritate your husband, add your "yes" answers, then check your total against the scoring key below.
- 0-3 You're an easy woman to live with and probably don't irritate your man.
- 4-6 You tend to irritate your mate, but you can improve simply by taking a close look at the questions you answered with a "yes," then changing those things.
- 7-10 You are a nag! You definitely irritate your husband. Even if you feel that he is the one annoying you, it's time to take a look at your own part in the unpleasantness.

It's official. You really can be nagged to death. Researchers have found that men in miserable marriages are 64% more at risk of suffering a fatal stroke than guys in strong relationships. And things are just as bleak for single guys, says a team from Tel Aviv University, Israel. Experts say it's because happily married men tend to take better care of their health and be less stressed.
A whopping 40% of wives would take cold hard cash over having time for their husbands, their kids or themselves, says a recent survey in All You magazine. Only 13% of moms wished for more time with their kids, while 23% would like more time for themselves and 17% say they'd like more time with their husbands. And get this, women prefer a fat check over a skinnier body. 81% would rather be $10,000 richer than 10 pounds thinner. When asked how they'd spend an extra $100 a week, 32% said "buy clothes," 26% would pay someone to clean their house, 16% would head for the spa, 15% would hire a personal trainer, 7% would get someone to cook for them and 4% would hire a babysitter.
