robblog-15-03-10'There is a bit of insanity in dancing that does everybody a great deal of good.' ~ Edwin Denby. Oh and trust me, the 10th edition of Dancing With The Stars is going to have its fill of craziness...and that's just because of its, dare I say, star studded cast! On today's blog I run down some of the reasons why I am going to be tuning into this round of DWTS...and the three ladies who are going to make it worth watching.

THE DANCING DIVAS - holy smoke, there's a train wreck heading our way:

kate_gosselinWell, I can't say that I am huge fan of the Dancing With The Stars, but when I heard about the cast this round...I was intrigued to say the least! First off, the three divas should make for some interesting watching. First, there is Kate Gosselin...from reality mom to 'C' celeb. She's already off to a great start...with reports circulating that she is acting like a real diva, snubbing other contestants and behaving frostily to crew members. Her icy behavior has apparently persuaded Olympic figure skater Johnny Weir to pull out of talks about being on the show because he didn't want to work alongside Gosselin. Pamela Anderson...in a word...yikes. I'll make a prediction (we all know how good I am at that) that our B.C. beauty gets booted pretty quickly. A notorious train wreck who has changed 'partners' more often then a square dancer. Pam will play it nice...but just watch...drama should follow. And speaking of drama....how about 90210 bad girl, Shannen Maria Doherty. Good luck to her dance partner...hope she doesn't punch him out. We'll see if she lives up to the bad girl/bar brawler image that she has so carefully crafted. Putting these three women in the same room...makes a man just shudder...thank goodness I will be tucked safely into my living room to watch this 'HOT' mess. As far as the rest of the cast...here is a break down of who is dancing with who or is that whom?

1. Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough
2. Aiden Turner and Edyta Sliwinska
3. Niecy Nash and Louis Van Amstel
4. Shannen Doherty and Mark Ballas
5. Kate Gosselin and Tony Dovolani
6. Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy
7. Buzz Aldrin and Ashly Costa
8. Evan Lysacek and Anna Trebunskaya
9. Jake Pavelka and Chelsie Hightower
10. Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke
11. Pamela Anderson and Damian Whitewood

Ok...right off the top...my pick to win is Pussycat Dolls lead singer Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough. The gal can move...and Hough well he can shake a leg as well. In fact Derek has been getting cozy with another little bombshell who I talked about in a past Blog. He has been apparently making time with the X-factors Cheryl Cole and even stars in her newest video. He performed live with her as well. Check out the video above. Erin Andrews and maybe Evan Lysacek could pull out a win. Former Astronaut Buzz Aldrin will get a few votes...I mean the man is 80 for crying out loud.Who do you think is going to win....DROP ME A LINE HERE. You could win a COOOL prize.

"Dirty Dancing" (1987) -  No movie since this 1987 hit has come close to knocking "Dirty Dancing" off its pedestal.
"Footloose" (1984) - Another 80's classic.
"Flashdance" (1983) - Did we do nothing but dance in the 80's.
"Singin' in the Rain" (1952) - Gene Kelly had what Fred Astaire didn't: sex appeal.
