But now we can add one to the list that isn’t terribly hard to pronounce, Swiss Cheese.
Korean researchers have apparently found that Swiss cheese is rich in Propionibacterium freudenreichii (say that five times fast…actually, just try to say it once) content, which reduces inflammation and speeds up your immune system.
Of course…this doesn’t mean you should binge on the stuff, but a serving of Swiss cheese can garner health benefits, according to Korean scientists…
