I’ve been using men’s deodorant for as long as I can remember, maybe it’s the feminist in me who doesn’t think products like that need to be male or female, or maybe it’s because I don’t really care to smell like a tropical flower while I sweat.
Either way, it does it’s job and no one has ever told me that I smell like a man, sorry if this is too much information.
In fact, I think most people would agree that the smell of deodorant doesn’t matter all that much. So I’m a little surprised to see a new range of antiperspirant that markets itself specifically on a certain smell.
In this case, it’s brunch.
Native is an all natural deodorant brand, and they’ve just rolled out a line of brunch scented deodorant which includes fragrances like rose, sangria, and mimosa.
The set retails for 30$ and they offer free shipping.
Honestly though, I’m a little confused as to whether or not I want to smell like an alcoholic beverage at work.
Am I restricted to wearing these at brunch? Will my friends think I’ve got a drinking problem if I show up to boot camp and my pores ooze with the odor of orange juice and champagne?
So many questions, I will stick to my fresh rain forest, thanks.
