This weekend I, together with several other Moms and Dads, and Beairsto students will be up early and volunteering at the Drive 4 Your School Event coming up at Beairsto Elementary this Saturday, May 27th. Today we’ll have Lisa Fogel in the Kiss FM Studio to chat more about the event.
It’s the Watkin Motors Drive4Ur School Event and it’ll be on from 9 AM-3 PM. It’ll be a family fun day with food trucks, clowns and Kiki the Eco Elf. The Kiss FM Events Crew will be there as well. You’re invited to test drive a vehicle from Watkin Motors Ford and support Beairsto.

Fiona Forshaw, owner of Image Studios will have a photo booth set up in the Beairsto Gym from 11 AM- 3 PM. She’ll be taking fun photos. The photos will be free with a donation to the school
Food choiced include everything from Mexican to pizza, cupcakes, snacking nuts, and more.
The Kalamalka Karing Klowns will be there with fun games and their famous balloon animals.
I’ll be at the fresh coffee and lemonade stand. So I hope you’ll stop by, say “Hi” and show your support. You can purchase a McDonald’s coffee or an old fashioned “Countrytyme” Lemonade.
Launched in Canada in 2010, the Drive 4UR School and Drive 4UR Community programs are Ford’s pillar test drive fundraising programs. They are a fun and exciting way to engage schools and local community causes and support their fundraising efforts. Ford Dealerships partner with a local school or community organization to conduct a test drive event together. For every valid test drive completed at the event, Ford of Canada donates $20 to the cause – up to a maximum of $6,000.
