Easter is this weekend, just letting you know in case you didn’t get my heads up last week. Not only is it a long weekend (yesssss), it’s a time to spend with family , eat chocolate, and maybe paint a few eggs.
Last week I wrote a blog on Easter decor that had some modern ideas on how to decorate for this spring holiday, and while we’re talking about modern…who doesn’t love to save the environment?
Hard shift? Sorry, it’s just that I discovered a natural way to dye eggs, and I couldn’t be happier. It cuts down on plastic, packaging, and makes you feel good about eating said dyed egg after all is said and done.
You can check out the full blog and find more information on how to get the colours out HERE.
And while we’re talking about super cool life hacks that I just found out about recently, did you know you can put glow sticks inside plastic eggs and have a night time egg hunt?
Doesn’t that sound fun? What are some of your Easter traditions?
